It’s not far from town, and although it’s quite a hike up, some people walk to the beginning of it from town. See this Montezuma/Delicias Map for the location.
This canopy tour is owned by Suntrails, one of Montezuma’s tour agencies in town. The owner, William, is an entrepreneurial Costa Rican biologist who rents the land that the canopy tour is on, and his house is part of the main Suntrails office, where the first line of the canopy tour begins.
Be sure to bring your bathing suit for this, because towards the end you’ll hike down into the river valley and be able to jump into the second and third pools of Montezuma Falls (12 ft and 35 ft jumps.)
