The “Tree House” is somewhat of a misnomer because most people think of a tree house as being high up in the treetops. This wonderful cottage got its name because it’s set back among the trees on a beachfront property located on Playa Montezuma, a mere three-minute walk north from the heart of town.
The property offers two master bedrooms with full bathroom, a pleasant and roomy patio along with kitchen and living area, outdoor barbecue, maid service on a daily basis, safety box, swimming pool (to be shared with two other houses) plus a fantastic view of the ocean.
This home is enclosed by a lovely garden and a lot of trees and shrubs. The sight of the ocean as well as the swimming pool is breathtaking.
